This document is a general template provided for transparency and is pending review by legal counsel. It does not yet constitute final legal terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Struksure ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect: (a) account information you provide, such as name, email address, company name, and role; (b) data you enter into the Service in the course of using it, such as job, project, scheduling, and operational records ("Customer Data"); (c) billing information processed through our payment provider; and (d) technical information such as log data, device and browser information, and usage activity collected automatically.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to process subscriptions and billing; to communicate with you about your account and the Service; to provide support; and to protect the security and integrity of the Service.

3. Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. The payment provider's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Data storage and security

We host data with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Multi-tenant data separation

The Service is multi-tenant. We apply access controls intended to ensure that each company's Customer Data is accessible only to authorized users of that company.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), with such providers bound to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

7. Data retention

We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure, data may be retained for a limited period as required for legal, accounting, or backup purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your choices

You may access and update your account information through the Service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable law.

9. Cookies

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, and basic functionality, and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them.

10. Children

The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
