These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Struksure ("the Service"), a software platform operated by Struksure ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Struksure provides a cloud-based field operations and project management platform for electrical and construction contractors. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis under the plans described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of a trial, your subscription will continue under the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
